We review production capacity, processing capabilities, equipment, operational practices, facility standards, and the manufacturer’s ability to consistently handle required order volumes.

We evaluate samples against required specifications, considering appearance, aroma, physical characteristics, and relevant quality parameters appropriate to the product and its intended application.

Raw Material & Processing
We assess coconut sourcing, raw material condition, processing methods, handling practices, filtration, storage, and production controls to ensure alignment with product requirements.

Testing & Documentation
We review product specifications, laboratory reports, certificates, regulatory records, batch information, and other relevant documentation, with additional testing considered where required.

We assess packaging suitability, hygienic handling, storage conditions, and available packaging formats to ensure products remain protected throughout domestic and export supply.

Step 01 — Requirement Review
We first understand the product specification, quantity, packaging requirements, destination, and intended application.
Step 02 — Manufacturer Screening
Potential manufacturers are reviewed based on their production capabilities, experience, facilities, documentation, and ability to meet the required specification.
Step 03 — Sample Evaluation
Samples are obtained and evaluated against the agreed product requirements before proceeding with larger procurement quantities.
Step 04 — Quality Verification
Relevant quality parameters and documentation are reviewed, with additional testing arranged where required.
Step 05 — Commercial & Supply Assessment
Pricing, production capacity, lead time, packaging, logistics, and long-term supply capability are considered alongside quality.
Step 06 — Procurement Approval
Only after the relevant requirements are satisfactorily addressed do we proceed with the manufacturer for the intended procurement requirement.
